a) Equipment:
When you register we will send you a list of necessary equipment. If by any chance you do not have some of the technical equipment required, we will supply it to you free of charge; skis however need to be rented.

b) Single room booking:
For single rooms is to pay an extra charge of euro 50,00 for week (6 days half-board).

c) Insurance and responsabilities:
Every mountain guide is insured according to article 13 of provincial legislation regarding this category. However we advise each participant to take out an individual private accident insurance. The alpine school assumes no responsibility in case of accident, loss or any other irregularities.

d) Payment/registration:
To make a confirmed booking and facilitate organisation, a deposit of 100 Euro must be paid. The difference will be paid at the beginning or the end of the week.

e) Cancellations:
The deposit can be used for registration in another course or for the registration of another person.
We recommend a travel cancellation insurance.

f) Minimum number of participants - cancellation of course:
In the case where a minimum number of participants is not reached, the school reserves the right to cancel the course up until two weeks before the course is due to begin. The deposit will be fully refunded.

g) Change of programme:
For security reasons the guide has the right to change the programme of the courses or the weeks on the programme (e.g. bad weather, risk of avalanches, inability of the pupils or other unforeseen circumstances).

h) Prices:
refer to the season 2011-2012.
